This old-fashioned hot cocoa recipe will make one cup. You can double or triple the recipe (or more) if you have a crowd.
If you want your hot cocoa to be really creamy, I would suggest using a higher fat percentage of milk.
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp real vanilla
50 grams of semi-sweet milk chocolate
1 tsp organic maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
Rim the glass with honey and then dip into cocoa powder
