There's nothing like a good relaxing soak in the tub after a productive day of crafting, gardening, and baking. That's what goes on here almost daily and seriously, I for one look forward to a nice bath at the end of the day.
It takes a great deal of effort to relax the mind of a creative person. I highly encourage you to take a little piece of your day to try to think of absolutely nothing. I know this is really hard, but it's important for your mind to take a break. So the oil blends below are noted for their overall soothing properties to help calm yourself after a busy day.
While you are in the tub, try to concentrate on breathing and nothing else. Just let it all go for the moment. Your mind will feel so much better.
You can add these oils directly into your bath while it's filling up. Don't forget to add a tsp or two of your favorite carrier oil to your bath, like coconut oil, jojoba, or sweet almond to help your skin feel silky soft.
