Where does my item ship from?
We are a global community and have merchants from all around the world. Most orders are shipped from the USA, Canada, Russia, Japan, Morocco, & China.
Something is missing from my order.
Our merchants are great about packing orders and very rarely miss an item from your order. If this happens though, contact us right away.
My item arrived broken.
This is extremely rare but if this happens though, contact us right away. We will require a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging. If your item arrives broken, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to report the issue or no refund will be applied.
Customs charges, duties and taxes are rare but may apply. Merchants are not responsible for import frees or customs charges charged by your country. We recommend you check your country's policies on this prior to ordering.
I've changed my mind and no longer want this product.
30 day guarantee. All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, less shipping. Contact us with your order number. We only issue the refund to the original payment method and are not able to issue a refund to a different card or paypal account.
Your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. Item must also be in the original packaging.
If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot refund until the item is safely back to us.
