Free Shipping To The USA when you shop with our Marketplace vendors

Approximate Shipping Times

Our distribution centers and vendors send out orders within 72 hours. Approximate shipping times are 10-20 business days but usually arrive within the 14 day timeframe. Please be patient with the shipping times. We do our very best to source vendors with unique items at reasonable prices for our members and offer free shipping.

Some of our products are from group buys so that we can bring down the costs for our customers. Again, please be patient with the shipping times. If your order does not come in after 30 days please contact us and we will check with the supplier immediately.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping to the USA. At this time our Marketplace vendors are only shipping to the USA.

How are products shipped?

Our sellers are required to ship via epacket. 

Does epacket have tracking?

Yes, you will be notified of your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way. Track your order via USPS.

Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?

When you shop online, you are responsible for all duties and taxes if any. If you are concerned about this, check your country's policies about purchasing products online or contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Item has not arrived yet

Orders normally take between 10-14 business days to arrive but can take longer depending on customs. Our vendors are required to ship via epacket which normally takes between 10-14 business days but can take up to 30 days (rare). If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us to discuss your order. Or if you are concerned in any way. We are here to help.

Damaged Orders

Although extremely rare, sometimes an order will arrive damaged. We will replace a product that has arrived damaged. We will require a photo of the damaged product before a replacement is sent out. A replacement will be sent immediately, no questions asked.

Changed my mind or not as expected

We understand that happens. Contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date and we will start the return process. We do not provide reimbursement for costs related to return shipping, customs fees, taxes, or postal fees.
