Do you love to doodle and draw? Do flowers make you swoon? Well, we have something very special for our readers! This is the start of a brand new series called Simple Floral Doodles. We are going to show you how to make and create very easy floral designs. You can use these doodle ideas for your planners, bujo's, and whatever craft ideas you have. We know our readers are extremely serious about their planners and journals! Hands up if you are too!
This floral doodle was inspired by some pretty flowers that I have on my desk right at this very moment. If I don't have fresh flowers in my craft room, I think something isn't quite right. They bring such comfort and joy! I can't tell you how much I love to draw flowers and floral designs in an illustrative and whimsical way. I'm a flower geek. You should see my gardens in the summer. I'll be sure to take you guys on a tour of one of our locations here at DIY Craft Club. Can't wait!
When I'm practicing simple floral doodles, I like to learn from real things that I can touch, smell, and hold in my hands. Like these flowers below. These give me so many doodle design ideas and it was hard to come up with only one doodle for our very first episode!
If you love to doodle and draw in your journals, please follow along with this new series. We will post regularly right here on our blog and also on our YouTube channel. Subscribe Here.
